IP bans will be reconsidered on a case-by-case basis if you were running a bot and did not understand the consequences, but typically not for spamming, hacking, or other abuse.

Having an excessive number of banned accounts in a very short timeframe. Running a web bot/spider that downloaded a very large number of pages - more than could possibly justified as "personal use". Automated spam (advertising) or intrustion attempts (hacking). Place the finished dumpling on the baking sheet and repeat the process until you run out of dough or filling.Your current IP address has been blocked due to bad behavior, which generally means one of the following:. Repeat with the following corner and try to smooth the dough closed with your fingers. Carefully bring up another corner so that it looks like an envelope and pinch along the sides to seal them. To form the squares into dumplings, bring two of the opposing corners together and pinch to seal. Dip your finger into the egg mixture and paint all four edges of each square. Roll each square slightly larger and drop a heaping teaspoonful of filling onto the center of each. Cut the dough into 2" squares with a butter knife or a square shaped cookie cutter. Roll the dough out on the countertop with a rolling pin until about 1/4" thin. Take one part out and cover the bowl with a towel or saran wrap to keep the heat and moisture in. 
Divide the dough into 4 to 6 parts in its bowl. Beat the egg and a splash of water in a small bowl with a fork and set to the side. 
Line the baking sheet/s with parchment paper.
Take the filling out of the refrigerator or freezer and begin to make the dumplings.
